Kahana Manor 410 1 Bedroom Condo

The inside is super cute, and the location is good with lots to do. Getting to our room was confusing, so make sure you get the door code from whoever you rent from before 5, when all the offices close. I had to make a bunch of calls to get the room information. That wasn’t Kahana Manors fault. Even with all the fans, it gets really hot because there’s no actual air conditioning.

Don’t stay here. I’m at #517 kahana manor. Allen offered to refund me, but I’d come all the way from LV and couldn’t find another place, so we were stuck. The AC is in the living room and doesn’t cool the bedroom, which is hot. The king bed was very uncomfortable, so we slept on the sofa bed and my son stayed in the master bedroom. I’ve seen 3 roaches, and I’m deathly afraid of them. The building is run down and not clean. The photos looked perfect, but I was upset when I arrived. It’s two blocks from the beach, and the road runs right outside the apartment, so it’s very loud. I’ll never stay here again. You’ll regret it.

The manor is old and run down, and the units are dusty and dirty. The owner told me not to worry about Hawaiian dust. The views are great, but they’re of the parking lot, other buildings, or the highway. I wouldn’t live there or rent it for a short stay.

We rented the penthouse for a two-week vacation and had a great time. The location was really convenient.
