Big Island Kailua Bay Resort 1-306 by Coldwell Banker Island Vacations

We had a wonderful stay in “A Little Aloha,” a rental in this complex booked through Vacasa. It felt like someone's personal home, with local artists' work on the walls and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was incredibly clean when we arrived, even a self-described germaphobe and neat freak was impressed. It was well supplied with beach towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, a cooler, and a lunch bag for beach trips. We also had everything needed to cook and eat. The outside area was lovely for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The AC worked well, and with the front door's locked screen, we could leave the door open and the house stayed naturally cool. The pool was a little disappointing, but we didn't really need it with so many gorgeous beaches a 5-15 minute drive away. We'd happily return.

While visiting Kona, this is a great place to stay. You can walk to food, bars, the farmers market, swimming, the beach, resorts, and plenty more.

Loved every bit of it. The room was just right, and the location couldn't have been better. I'd highly recommend it.

I lived in this complex for three and a half years. It's non-smoking, quiet, and a really nice place. The pool stays clean all the time, and there's a jacuzzi tub, pavilion, and barbecue grills.
