Having my elderly parents with me, convenience mattered a lot, and this hotel made things easy. The handicap parking is right by the entrance, check-in and checkout were simple, and I could add the stay to my IHG account. It’s close to the main area, shops are an easy walk away, and getting in and out was straightforward. Our first-floor room made it easy to go back and forth for the complimentary continental breakfast. It gets busy, but there’s a good range of things to start the day. The room was huge, with two queen beds, a pull-out sofa, a coffee maker, sink, and microwave. The AC worked well, and there was plenty of space for a large family. WiFi worked, and there’s also a small gym and a pool.

For an affordable stay, this place does the job. Our room had a sofa and sitting area, plus a coffee pot, and breakfast was included. It was okay: there was always something we could eat, though some days were better than others. The pool is on the small side and has a little hot tub at one end. I was really glad to have a laundry room, at $4 per load, so we didn’t come home with clothes dirty from the ocean. Self-parking costs extra. Downtown is walkable, with several ABC stores, restaurants, and ice cream spots along the way, and there are public beaches nearby.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were really nice. The pool and hot tub are small but pleasant, and the location is great. It feels expensive for what you get, though Hawaii may be part of that. Breakfast could use more vegetarian and healthier choices.

This is a quiet, no-fuss hotel room and I have no complaints. The beds were comfortable, not all worn out, and the rooms were clean. The free continental breakfast in the morning was decent too. I’ve had much worse.

Donna was so kind to us the whole time, and the service was the best I’ve experienced. The location is incredible, with shops and restaurants nearby and only a four-minute walk to the beach. Everything you might need is close.
