We stayed in unit 5-205, managed by Knutson & Associates. The large patio looked out on a lush tropical garden, and while the unit itself had no direct ocean view, the complex is truly oceanfront. The apartment was roomy and comfortable for 2 adults, with plenty of parking. The setting and space were pleasant, but the “starter pack” and lack of attention to comfort made us feel more like tenants than valued guests. For 7 nights, we got only 3 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 bathroom trash bags, and 2 toilet paper rolls. The detergent had no label or brand information, and it gave me a skin allergy when I used it on towels. If you have sensitivities, bring your own. Bath and beach towels aren't refreshed during the stay, so you'll have to wash them yourself. Management offered to reimburse supplies we bought, but asking vacationers to shop for basics like detergent or trash bags is inconvenient and inconsiderate. The kitchen cabinets were outdated and greasy or sticky, most dishes were plastic and felt cheap for the price, the A/C was loud enough to make sleeping difficult, and the small, tough pillows were uncomfortable with no alternatives. After checkout, the management company messaged us asking that only positive reviews be posted publicly and negative feedback be shared privately.
