We slept like babies after popcorn, a movie, and some cuddling. I found a microwave in the kitchen nook across from the staircase after wandering into the hall at night. The shower was relaxing, the bed was comfy, and there was a spa tub with jasmine soap in the bathroom. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with lots of thoughtful little touches. The inn felt quiet and restful, tucked away like a country mansion, with warm, gentle lighting. We arrived late, but the place looked welcoming from the drive up. I'd called ahead because my cell had glitched and I wanted to check my reservation. The owner said it was there and he'd be available to check me in since the innkeeper had gone home. When we arrived, he was there, and so was Melissa. They were both so friendly and made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and she's a real gem. Breakfast was included with a certificate for the restaurant and bakery. It was warm and inviting there, too, and we ran into the owners. I had a lovely little chat with her about the inn's decor and how she'd brought all the pieces together. It was inspiring. We had a phenomenal stay and a great conversation. We recommend the place and will be back. Please be kind to it if you stay. Places like this are hard to find.

That huge jacuzzi tub could fit at least three people, and it was absolutely to die for. The staff went out of their way to make our two-night stay relaxing, sharing tips about trails, including one that goes through a tunnel under the road to the snake river. We stopped here on our way to Montana, and everything was exceptional. The town is just 2.5 miles down the road, and there's a cute Lil Cafe hooked in with the lodge where breakfast is free. If I travel this way again, this is the only place I'll stay. Thanks, Hearthsone Lodge!

The employees take care of everything, and before long they feel like friends. The rooms are spacious and have a Jacuzzi tub. It's a lovely spot on a hill above the river, surrounded by trees. In the evening, you can sit outside and listen to the river below, maybe with a Canada goose honking nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast comes with the stay, which was a nice bonus. The owner was a sweetheart, funny, and full of local knowledge. We also loved the peaceful outdoor seating, even in the rain. The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the shower and tub were so good we didn't want to leave.

We took a quick family getaway and had such a wonderful time. The staff was amazing, and getting there was easy. Our cabin was adorable, and the restaurants and included breakfast at the cute Hearthstone Cafe were delicious. I'd give it 10 stars and recommend it to anyone. We'll be back 👌❤️
