The owners are friendly, and this is a great place. The condo is quiet and clean, with a garage of its own, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large loft that could sleep several kids if needed. It's got pretty much everything you might need: a patio grill, central AC, bedroom fans, kitchen and patio, wood blinds, stone counters, stainless appliances, TVs in every room, and comfortable beds and couches. The area feels upscale, clean, and safe, with a gated entry and a nice pool with a waterfall. Paths nearby lead to the beach and fishtrap ponds.

A quiet little community with a mix of vacation rentals and private homeowners. The association keeps it very well maintained. There are luxury homes, plus a pool and fitness center in the common areas, with an on-site property manager.

The listing said there were two queen beds and one king. We took that to mean two queen beds in one or two rooms, plus a king bedroom. What we actually got was a king in the master suite, one queen in the second bedroom, and a hideaway bed that was a poor substitute for a real bed. We raised the issue and offered to pay for an upgrade, but were told none was available. We asked to leave the next day and end the contract, and that was allowed. As agreed, we left the following morning because the place didn't match its description. I'd steer clear. They won't let you see or enter the unit before signing a contract, and you may be gravely disappointed.
