We originally booked just two nights, but we're adding a third. The price was $57 for two nights in a two-queen suite, plus $20 per dog each night, and I almost don't want to tell people how good this place is in case the rates go up. The dog park attached to the hotel is huge, and it’s a very dog-friendly place. Our room had soft raised beds, cable with Showtime, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a tub with a sloped back that was really comfortable for a bath. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, especially Morgyn. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, including two Belgian waffle batters, one pumpkin spice, plus eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, several juices, and more. There’s also a pool with lifts for guests with disabilities, a nice hot tub, and a Red Rock Cabana with extra towels outside. They have a fitness center, a work center, and plenty of space to eat. Everything else was spectacular.

We felt trapped into staying because a festival was on and there was nowhere else available. Before booking, I had called Juan, the general manager, and he quoted about $139 total for two nights in a two-bed room. At arrival, Nick said it would be over $300, even though my card had already been charged $160 earlier that day. When I explained the difference, Nick showed no empathy or effort to sort it out, and Juan took over. Juan became agitated while I tried to explain the conflicting prices, then came around the counter yelling that there was no discrepancy. He said someone else had paid $300 for a room two weeks before. I had to ask him to calm down because our child was there and things were getting uncomfortable. We had also seen the website showing about $100 per night for those dates. Juan said using that rate could mean the next night went up to $250, while the $160 deposit stayed in place, which only made it harder to understand. He said the $160 had already been processed and couldn't be refunded if we left. Before we could finish checking in and paying, he required an email saying he was right that the reservation was around $300, along with a photo of my driver’s license. That felt very unusual. Corporate told me the owner controls billing protocol, so they couldn't do much, and while we were there they couldn't even find my stay in their system. The prices were confusing and the whole experience felt pressured. I don't recommend staying here. The manager seemed shady, and by the end I felt scammed.

Restaurants are an easy walk from this well-located hotel, and sightseeing is convenient too: Zion National Park is about a 30-minute drive, while Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon National Park are under an hour and a half away. We booked ahead and spent two nights here. The room and property were clean and well maintained, and the welcoming front desk made check-in simple. It was a comfortable short stay and good value. Breakfast was decent, though a few more choices would improve it. The microwave also seemed past its prime and didn't heat properly, so I'd recommend replacing it.

The free hot breakfast had Belgian waffles, juice, and coffee, and the price was so low we couldn't believe how nice the hotel was. The room was clean, the whole place looked pristine, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We'd definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it!

For half what a motel costs back home, this place gave me modern amenities, a full breakfast, and a clean room. It honestly outclasses some $200 hotels I've stayed in. One of the best hotel stays I've had for the money, and I'd recommend it if you're passing through.
