Crossroads Hotel

Walking around from the hotel was easy, and we went to Town Topic about twice a day. The place itself is gorgeous, with a swanky but comfortable feel that never came off as pretentious. Even the other guests seemed friendly. What really stood out was the service: the front desk took great care of my family, offered cookies to the kids, and helped with whatever we needed. The restaurant downstairs was a welcome surprise, and the breakfast is worth trying. We had a great stay and I'd highly recommend it.

Our wedding at the Crossroads Hotel went beautifully, and our guests were blown away by the venue. The day flowed smoothly, with a great atmosphere and service. From the moment we arrived, the spaces felt warm, distinctive, and full of character. Every room seemed thoughtfully put together and had its own personality. The staff at Crossroads supported us throughout the planning and the wedding itself. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making things go well. We also stayed at the hotel, and our room was clean with a perfect feel for our wedding night. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place, and our day was everything we hoped for.

We had a comfortable three-night stay over a busy long weekend filled with weddings and parties. The beds were comfy, the room had high ceilings, and I especially liked the large walk-in shower. The staff were friendly everywhere, from valet to the restaurants and front desk. We enjoyed espresso drinks in the morning and cocktails at sunset on the rooftop. Front desk manager Ellie made a lasting impression when we left. We'll be back.

The bar and games area is a real highlight, and there's plenty of food and art within easy walking distance. The hotel has large, quiet, clean rooms in a beautifully renovated historic building, with lots of exposed structure. The minibar has local products, carefully chosen, though they're not cheap. It may be Kansas City's fanciest hotel, at least according to Michelin Key.
