I’ve lived in both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom at Cambria Luxury Apartments, and enjoyed them both. The apartments are a good size for the plaza, the balconies and windows have beautiful views, and there’s covered parking, a washer and dryer in each unit, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Saint Lukes Plaza campus is a short walk away. The building is clean and kept up to date, and maintenance responds quickly to requests. It feels safe and like a good investment in living arrangements. Heather is hands down the best manager. She goes above and beyond, and we always notice her working late. She needs a vacation!

From my very first call, Heather Newcom was kind and attentive, and went out of her way to help me feel sure I was choosing the right apartment. Cambria felt safe and comfortable from the start. I had a great time living there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Living here is friendly, fun, convenient, and comfortable, and the residents are great too. The place is clean and well maintained, with a really convenient parking setup and a nice coffee machine. The location on plaza is perfect. Management is excellent, and Heather goes above and beyond for residents and puts on good events.

This is a lovely little community, quiet and welcoming, and it feels like a hidden gem. Heather Newcom, the apartment manager, is kind and warm, truly cares about every resident, and has gone above and beyond to help me. Thanks to her, I’ve had a great experience living here and it feels like home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The building is nice, lively, and incredibly cozy. Heather is the best property manager I’ve ever had. She’s so kind and attentive to residents, and always goes above and beyond to help everyone. Would highly recommend.
