OYO Hotel North Bay at Petaluma

Friendly staff, easy parking, and a nice breakfast. The motel was clean, with good restaurants nearby. The carpet needs updating, though. It looked dated and had a musty smell. For what you get, the price felt a little high.

I came here expecting to rest, but a large family took over the jacuzzi area, playing their own music and making plenty of noise. The managers seem to have missed the idea that guests might want some peace. If quiet matters to you, call ahead or avoid this place unless the hotel has standards for keeping things peaceful. A budget hotel in more than one sense.

Good location, decent rates, and nice people. The room was nice, though some are better than others. Pool and a great breakfast were included.

The room was clean and comfortable, and they let us see it before we committed after we'd had a disappointing experience at another hotel. The gentleman who helped us book was especially welcoming and kind. During the stay, everyone we dealt with was polite, helpful, and informative. It was quiet, with no noise from neighbors, and the complimentary morning breakfast was a thoughtful extra. Affordable as well, and a genuinely pleasant, relaxing stay. We were recommended the Quality Inn and were glad we went. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, stress-free stay.
