The lobby agent and shuttle driver were both genuinely welcoming, and the bartender was helpful too. I was only there one night for work. I ordered the brisket without barbecue sauce since I don't like it, but the meat came out a bit dry, so I probably wouldn't get it again. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, and the heating and air conditioning worked great. The room could use more light. I'd stay here again. If this was useful, please leave it a like 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

Emily at the front desk was quick, polite, and really helpful. The pastrami sandwich and wings were both great, too. The hotel feels older, but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

From the outside it looks like a nice place, but that impression doesn't hold up. The guy at the front desk who checked me in was amazing, which was the bright spot. The beds are old, the pillows are awful, and the stained carpet doesn't help. There were only about two minutes of warm water before it turned freezing, and the coffee maker was broken. I wouldn't come here for a good night's sleep.

Our Valentine's stay turned into a disaster. In the middle of February, the room had no heat and we froze all night. The TV didn't work, and Wi-Fi was down for the whole visit. An IT technician came by and said he'd return, but never did. None of the problems we reported were dealt with, so I can't recommend this hotel.

Tommy P is the highlight of our weekends here. I travel to the Hilton for work every month, and we've built a great relationship with him. He's helpful, gives great service, and makes sure our drinks stay filled. We’re always happy to be here!
