The service and location were both just average. The mattress was much too soft for me, and I ended up sleeping in a chair. If you like a soft bed, you may find it comfortable. I need a firm mattress.

Sage handled a busy hotel with a calm, positive attitude and was attentive throughout. She checked me in, helped with requests, and asked how my day was going. She also knew the area and gave me good suggestions for dining and activities. From the moment I arrived, her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made me feel welcome. It was clear she takes pride in her work and cares about guests. Thank you, Sage, for making the stay memorable. I look forward to returning to the Holiday Inn and being greeted by such great hospitality.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff harassed and threatened me, and tried to keep my money because of incompetent employees. Super.com came through when the hotel and IHG customer support fell short, and made up for everything they tried to ruin.
10/10
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Very nice place.

The hotel is next to the outlet, and everything else was okay. The breakfast was good, and the woman running the restaurant was so nice. My concern is the front desk staff, who were rude and belittling toward us.
