The east-facing balcony was a highlight, with amazing views of sunrises, sunsets, and whales. Kauai Kailani is centrally located, so day trips around the island were easy, and shops, groceries, and several places to eat are within walking distance. We could also cook in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the views. The unit itself was clean, bright, airy, and comfortable, with AC available if needed. We loved staying here, whether relaxing in sun or shade by the pool, on the beach, or out on the lawn.

This was our second time here, and I’d happily recommend it. It’s an Airbnb, not a 5 star hotel, but the location is perfect for the views and for getting to all the beautiful places around the island. The owner, Joseph, was friendly and quick to help with what we needed. When the TV broke in the middle of the World Series, he replaced it right away.

We booked through airbnb and stayed in a one room with den and kitchen. The lanai caught lovely tradewinds in the morning and evening, and the location made it easy to get around Kapa’a. The beach is great for sitting and relaxing under a full moon. The surf was too rough for us to swim there, but there are nice beaches within a 10 minute walk when conditions are rough.

The mornings brought beautiful skies, and the pool was very clean. They also had snorkeling equipment, which was a really nice extra. The rooms were pretty clean, and the place was nice overall. It met all my needs.

The deck had a breathtaking beach and sunrise view, and the storage came with chairs, a body board, flippers, and water shoes that were perfect for us. The condo was just the right size and exactly as described, and it was clean from top to bottom. I’m extremely picky about beds, but mine was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms, even with sunscreen and lotion. Everything from the location to the cleanliness was 5 star. I’d recommend it 100%, and I already have plans to return.
