We stayed seven nights, and the hotel was comfortable with a very good location. Breakfast was really good, especially the fresh omelets, and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Housekeeping missed a red cough-medicine stain on our sheet. I left it visible, but after three days it still hadn't been replaced, so I had to call the Front Desk. Parking can be expensive each night, though you can use a street spot if you find one. Bring your own fire sticker if you want Netflix or other movie apps, since the TV only has cable.

The rooms were nice and spacious, and I liked the free drinks at night and complimentary continental breakfast. Raylina at the Front Desk was a big help and really friendly. Asia Kitty at the Front Desk was okay, but less accommodating than the other staff, so I'd give service four stars. Everything else gets five.

We spent the second half of our Oahu, Hawaii trip here, and I'm glad we did. The room, service, pool, and breakfast buffet were all great. My favorite part was the lovely front desk staff, who were kind and made us feel so welcome.

The pool is on the small side, though it's nice and has a hot tub. It can be hard to get a spot because locals seem to use the hotel for weekend getaways. One family may book a room and have a large group visit, taking over the pool area. If a relaxing pool day matters to you, there's a good chance you won't find space. Try booking on a weekday. The hotel is in a quieter spot, not close to Waikiki, which could be inconvenient if you plan to spend a lot of time there. It is close to Wet and Wild water park and Coral Crater adventure park. I'd stay here again. The price is a plus, and the rooms were very clean. Both on-site restaurants were very good: one serves familiar food like burgers, tacos, and fries, and the other is Japanese. Breakfast is included and very good, with top-notch omelets from Roxy. A complimentary happy-hour drink in the room was a nice surprise, too. The staff are friendly, and Asia made check-in quick and explained the property and amenities well. Roxy deserves a shout-out for those omelets.
