Adolfo at Karnes City Cottages is a great guy, professional and really good with guests. I don't enjoy working out of town, but when I have to, I want somewhere comfortable. This was a great find: clean rooms with what you need to feel at home. There was a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster, plus a really nice laundry room. The outside was clean and everything was well maintained. This place has my business from now on. 🙌

We have two kids under two, and the cottage worked out so well for our family. The beds were comfortable, everything was well cared for, and they left local menus out. We could also use the kitchen to make food. The service was outstanding, and they even let us check out later so the kids could run around a little longer. We'll definitely be back!

I've stayed at both locations, Tilden and Karnes City, and both get five stars from me, especially for the price. Every unit is self-contained and quiet. They have clean concrete floors throughout, a full kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, a good TV, and easy parking. Much better than your average chain hotel.

Adolf the manager was welcoming, helpful, professional, and courteous. The place is beautiful, clean, and quiet, with a great price. If you want a break from a busy town, it's ideal, and Schlitterbahn is only a little over an hour away. We loved it and will return on another trip!

We had three crews from SAM, traveling out of Dallas for work, stay at Karnes city cottages, and it was a great fit. The cottages feel very homey, and Adolfo went above and beyond whenever we needed something. The staff were helpful too. If you're staying in Karnes city or Kenedy, this is the place. Maggie’s around the corner is great for breakfast tacos, or homemade menudo and corn tortillas on a Saturday morning. Thanks for the hospitality, Adolfo and staff!
