Aloft Katy Mills

The staff at the Aloft in Katy were patient and friendly, even with so many children and relatives there for a young dancers conference. Our room was immaculate, and the service was great. My grandson had left behind a dinosaur he got for Christmas. I called the next day, and they found it and contacted me right away. They really went out of their way to make that little boy happy. I’ll recommend the hotel to family and friends, and stay again. Thanks, Aloft Hotel! 😃😃😃

The man at the front desk was really friendly, and the bartender was great too. The room itself wasn’t bad, but it didn’t meet what I usually expect from Marriott. There was no microwave, and the bathroom had no door, which felt awkward with three people sharing a room. Monica bucket. The thermostat was acting up, though we got in late and were too tired to ask for help or complain. I’m writing this while still here, traveling cross country home with my husband, sister-in-law, and our puppy. Would I stay again? If I had to, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The room was cozy and spotless, and the place had a calm, welcoming feel. The staff were warm and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. You can tell they care about their guests.

I came to the front desk in person last night ready to book a room, but the staff member on duty told me to make the reservation online myself. I know businesses often encourage online bookings, but I was surprised there wasn’t help available in person. I hope they can improve that part of the guest experience.
