This place deserves more attention. Caleb at the front desk made a real difference when my wife and I were booking. He was professional, spoke clearly, and took time to explain the rates so we could feel comfortable with our choice. We felt he genuinely cared about what we needed. We'd definitely stay again because of service like that.

We had a fantastic time, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The pool wasn't heated, and card key 106 didn't work. Thanks, Zeke, for all your hard work!

The clerk at check-in was friendly and pleasant to talk to. The room itself was filthy, with dirty towels, wet flooring by the sink, and air vents that looked like they had never been cleaned. I only stayed a few hours to be near the airport before a red-eye flight, but I know better for next time. Nasty place.

The breakfast was pretty good, and there were no bed bugs. But my room felt like a really bad motel room, even though some reviews suggest other rooms may be better. The AC barely worked and seemed to have caused a lot of mold; water from it left the floor soaking wet, so I had to keep my shoes on. I also found a cockroach, the deadbolt didn't work, and the whole wall beside the door wobbled. The room smelled of cigarettes, and there was a child acting as a "security guard"? The bathroom light only worked about half the time. Also, despite what the card they hand out says, breakfast starts at 6am every day, not 5.
