The room was barely used, the bed wasn’t slept in, and I left it clean, but I never got my deposit back. The owner told me to send it through Cash App so it would come back sooner. In hindsight, she did that so she wouldn’t have to return it and a card company couldn’t make her. She kept the money and said she wouldn’t give it back because it was paid through Cash App instead of my card. The management was the worst. Don’t pay a deposit here with anything but your card.

I kept staying here for convenience, and that’s the only reason. The owners are rude to everyone, and one employee even called me dumb and then a liar. I also found a scorpion on the bathroom floor. This place may be convenient, but that’s all it has going for it.

My daughter stayed here for a couple of nights. She’d asked in advance whether there was a pet deposit and was told there wasn’t. When she checked in another night, they refused to return her deposit, saying it was because she had four dogs. Why say there’s no pet deposit, then? I wouldn’t recommend staying here with pets. They also enter your room while you’re away, even after you tell them not to.

Bed bugs! Don’t stay here. I woke up covered in bites and, because I’m allergic, I was almost unable to breathe. I asked for a refund and they said there were no bugs. I even brought one to the front desk in a bag, but they claimed I’d brought it with me. Ridiculous and disgusting.
