Shawn, the general manager, really listened and made me feel reassured that I could settle in here like it was home. She was accommodating, genuine, and skilled at making me feel heard. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. I loved the place and would recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton to people traveling for work. The rates are reasonable, too. Welcome home! ❤️

Jennifer, the manager, was especially helpful with a couple of things I needed. She stayed courteous and friendly and really went the extra mile. The rooms were clean, and the staff overall were kind and helpful. It’s a great place to stay, and I’ll come back. Thanks, everyone!

I’m stuck disputing charges with my credit card company just to get my money back. The hotel charged me three times for one stay, and nobody has fixed it. I was charged when I booked and again at checkout. After I reported the duplicate charge, the hotel said it would refund me. A refund did arrive, but they charged me a third time at the same time, so I was still overcharged. When I called again, the hotel said they couldn’t help and sent me to Hilton Guest Services. After a week of back and forth, Hilton told me the hotel was the only one that could resolve it. Now the hotel manager and Hilton keep sending me back to each other. This is completely unacceptable and has wasted a huge amount of my time.

The beds were extremely hard and kept sliding around on the frames. Breakfast was disappointing too. The biscuits came with gravy more like dinner gravy, the turkey bacon was jerky-like, and the egg disks were badly overcooked. The whole experience fell short.
