The friendly, helpful service made this feel personal, almost like a second home while I was away from Miami. Desiree was welcoming and professional, and clearly cared about taking care of guests. Queen also brought great energy and kindness. The staff greeted me warmly and answered questions quickly from check-in through check-out. During my time in Oklahoma City for long training days, I found the hotel clean and comfortable, with well-kept rooms, fresh breakfast, and a great spot for getting around Bricktown. It was easy to unwind here. This was one of my best hotel stays in a long time, and I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting OKC or Bricktown.

The staff and shared spaces were both wonderful, and everything felt clean and cared for. Our family of four had plenty of room in the king suite, with lots of open space and storage. The on-site laundry, gym, and indoor pool were handy extras, especially for the kids. The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping teams were all kind and helpful. We’ll stay here whenever we’re back in the OKC area.
Getting here and parking were easy, and local restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. Logan made check-in and checkout simple and was a huge help. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and had a really lovely staff. I’ll book here again next time I’m in OKC.
I was working a few days at paycom center, and it was an easy walk from the hotel. Bricktown is a nice area to visit, with its canal, and the staff were capable and welcoming. One odd thing I mentioned to the front desk: I woke up sweating whether I slept with the duvet or just the sheet. I can’t explain it.
We left in the middle of the night after the noise kept us awake. Water started rushing loudly behind the wall, startling me, and I think it may have been toilets flushing in other rooms every two or three minutes. My best friend and I stayed awake until 12:30 a.m., then packed up my two-month-old son and 11-year-old daughter and drove three hours back to Texas, exhausted and frustrated. When I told the front desk girl what was happening, she dismissed me again, just said “sorry,” and said I’d get a receipt in the morning. The room itself wasn’t in great shape or very clean. Paint was chipping off the walls, and the mini fridge barely kept my baby’s milk cold. Earlier, I’d called to ask if they had a crib or pack and play, and was promised one in the room. There wasn’t one at check-in. At the desk I was told our room was too small and a crib would be a hazard, with no other suggestions. If I’d known, I’d have booked a bigger room or arranged somewhere else for my baby to sleep. After I asked for a manager by phone, the same employee came back and said they could bring a crib after all. It felt unsteady, though, so I didn’t think it was safe for my baby. I’d picked this Holiday Inn in a hurry because it was near the convention center for a cheer competition, had decent reviews, and was in a good location. I was traveling with my two-month-old for the first time, and the front desk response made an already difficult night worse. We’d hoped to explore Bricktown the next day, but the stay was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it for a visit.
