We booked a king room at Fairfield Inn Kearney for May 29-31, but because they were overbooked we got upgraded to Presidential Suite 434. Jessi at the front desk communicated well and was professional and helpful throughout. The suite had plenty of room, a comfortable bed and pillows, and good lighting once we figured out the right switches. The hotel was clean, with wide stairways and clearly marked emergency exits. The pool was easy to find, breakfast was refreshing and tasty, and both mobile and in-person check-in and checkout went smoothly.

The rooms were quiet and really comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had strong pressure and seemingly endless hot water, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. There’s also a pool and workout area, with plenty of well-lit parking. Several hotels are grouped in the same area. Wonderful place.

I’ll definitely come back. My main concern when booking is always getting a clean, comfortable bed because of my back issues, and this one was soft, clean, and comfortable. The carpet was clean and the lobby looked nice. The king room was smaller than the usual ones I get at different hotels, but that’s no big deal. Photo is the view from my bedroom.

We like this part of Kearney because it’s close to the restaurants we enjoy. The breakfast has a good selection, including a yogurt and oatmeal bar, which is a nice change from the usual hotel spread. It’s quiet, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are okay, though I thought the bed could be more comfortable and the bathroom could use an update.

We had to move rooms around 2 a.m. because the heater was stuck on and the room had become too hot to sleep in. The staff handled it well and gave us another room. Both rooms were clean and a good size.
