Our four-night stay was just okay, and it didn’t feel worth the money. At 3 a.m. we were sent to a dirty room, then waited another 20-30 minutes for a new one. That was a big drag with the kids along so late at night. The room was a little rough around the edges, and the shampoo and body wash pump was empty. Breakfast was just okay too. The laundry lady was nice when I asked for a clean set of sheets.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Hamptons as a Diamond member, and the Kearney Hampton is the best one I’ve ever been to. Hilton properties should use it as their benchmark. Well done! 👏

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, but the service left me a bit disappointed. As a Diamond member, I wasn’t recognized, and my room preference wasn’t honored. It’s not the end of the world, but I travel with Hilton often and would like to feel they value their guests’ loyalty.

Great place, and I’ll definitely stay again. The room door handles are mounted upside down, so after scanning your card you have to lift up instead of pushing down. The odd thing is, it doesn’t happen every time. They seem to have a mind of their own.

Really nice rooms, with a big bathroom, a king bed, and a comfortable sitting area.
