Keene Elm City Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The rooms at Elm City Hotel were spotless, comfortable, and kept up with care. It's close to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions, while still peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was plentiful, and the car wash across the street came in handy for cleaning out my car after a long road trip. In the lobby, coffee was available around the clock, and they had printed local restaurant menus I could take to my room. Breakfast had good options, and I appreciated the sugar-free treats in the sweet shop. The owners' pride in the place shows throughout. The staff were welcoming and attentive from arrival, and Dillan was especially friendly and went out of his way to make sure things were right. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return, whether for business, a getaway, or just a night away. Highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

A really convenient spot, near lots of restaurants and shops. Everyone on staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and seemed newly built. I'll definitely come back.

After more than 40 days here over the past year, I can say it's consistently quiet, comfortable, restful, and immaculately clean. The staff notice the little things, greet you in the lobby, and are genuinely friendly and eager to make your stay great. Restaurants and stores are less than a minute's walk away, yet you can't even see them from the hotel's position. It's convenient and a good value. Some rooms welcome pets, and there's a big field behind the hotel for puppy walks. Professionally run, but it feels like home.

Questions and requests were taken care of quickly and thoughtfully, and the staff made me feel truly welcome. They were so friendly, kind, and accommodating, and it's clear they care about their guests. I had a lovely stay at Elm City Hotel and would absolutely return. Highly recommend it.
