Halfway through our 10-hour drive, I got an email from IHG saying our December 23-24 reservation had been cancelled because the hotel wasn't ready to open. Hadn't they known that on the 22nd, or earlier? We were left scrambling for somewhere to stay during Christmas travel, with no help from the hotel that cancelled. Then I had a terrible call with an IHG representative. She said my reward points would be returned, but refused to refund the extra $62 I'd paid, saying money isn't refundable when a reservation is cancelled. I explained that they had cancelled, not me, but she wouldn't budge. Unbelievable. If this is the service before the hotel even opens, I can only imagine how bad it will be. Stay away from this trashy place.

This week's stay was wonderful from the room and service to check-in and checkout. Everyone was outstanding. I look forward to staying again. Keep up the good work.

Everything was nice, and I appreciated how spacious and clean the room was. It's hard to find clean hotels these days. The staff were nice, and check-in was easy. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

I arrived for my December 12-14 stay to find the hotel completely empty and closed. Neither the hotel nor IHG had told me it would be closed, and I'd received a reservation confirmation email three days before check-in, so I had no idea it wasn't open. I also had a bad customer service experience with someone on the IHG reservations team when I called about it. If you book here, call to make sure they're actually open.
