Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

The staff made my wedding guests feel welcome and comfortable, and they were great throughout. I booked room blocks here, and everything went smoothly. Mandy was especially helpful to my mother, who had plenty of questions, including new ones every week as the wedding got closer. There’s also a huge ballroom available to rent, either all of it or just part. The breakfast had amazing choices, and the beds were my favorite part. They’re dog friendly, too.

Brandy and Mandy at the front desk made this stay for me. I’m 70 and not great with new remotes, so Brandy came up to show me how to work the TV remote. I called her several times that night with different issues, and she was lovely about it. In the morning I’d forgotten how to use it again, and Mandy came down to help. She was amazing too, and happily answered my silly questions. I really enjoyed being here and would recommend it to anyone. They welcome dogs as family, which I loved. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the TV nice and big. Thank you ladies for making my stay as good as it could be. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel had the usual amount of noise. It’s in a handy spot near food, though the area felt a little rough. Breakfast tasted okay, but there wasn’t much choice. The hotel and rooms could use a bit more cleaning.

I expected more from a Premier Life hotel, so this was a letdown. The room was large and modern, but not as clean as I’d expect: the shower needed cleaning, the towels were a mix of old and new, the coffee pot was broken, and the toilet wasn’t set firmly on its gasket. The front desk staff were very pleasant, but the new owner was not accommodating when I made an error. I hadn’t stayed in hotels for a while and booked through a third party, not knowing that Best Western Rewards points aren’t awarded for those bookings. I’m a rewards member.
