Nantucket Inn

I really hoped the stay would be better because the location is so nice. The rooms felt a little tired and needed some major updates, and it was surprisingly noisy at night, making it hard to sleep well. There are definitely better options on the island for a more relaxing stay.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. Taking the hotel shuttle downtown and returning to my room and balcony was lovely. Guest services were kind and very helpful, and they made the trip memorable.

The shuttle made the Inn’s distance from town easy to manage, running every hour and bringing us back into the evening. I also appreciated the outdoor pool, warm indoor pool, gym, and pool table. Our room was clean, with a fabulous king bed and soft pillows, though the walls are thin. The staff were kind and professional throughout, especially Shane Mobley, the Event Sales Manager. The front desk team and the ladies at the Cafe helped make our stay enjoyable.

Our kids were big fans of the downstairs pool table room, and we had a lovely stay as a family. The indoor pool and hot tub were favorites; the outdoor hot tub felt colder, so we used the one inside. We could have used a few more towels, and another spot for games would be nice on cold or rainy days. The room was bright, airy, sparkling clean, and spectacular. The cafe had refreshments, pizza, salads, and sandwiches, and the shuttle picked us up at the ferry with our bags. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so we felt comfortable and welcome. The lobby is beautiful, with a little shop and reading material, and the hotel seemed to have everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back, hopefully every summer!
