I've stayed here three separate times and always feel well cared for. Customer service is top notch, and the manager seems to treat travelers like family. The Hampton Inn has been getting remodeled over the past year and a half, and it looks finished now. It's beautiful, clean, and neat, probably the nicest one I've stayed in to date. Dinner is served two evenings a week, and it was yummy. We had Orange Chicken, Egg Rolls, and fried rice Wednesday, then Grilled chicken Thursday night. I was late to breakfast and they'd run out of sausage, but Lori kindly offered to make Canadian Bacon to go with my scrambled eggs and muffins. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. I still haven't tried the gym, maybe next time. Lol.

This was my second time staying here. The whole property was meticulous, from the rooms and facilities to the grounds. Breakfast was really good, and dinner was a bonus.

I had a reservation and confirmation for a business trip, but the hotel was overbooked. They called on the evening I was supposed to stay, told me there was no room, and said I should find another place. Thai offered 5000 Hilton points for the trouble, but I never received them. Stay somewhere else, this hotel isn't managed well.

The front desk is extremely helpful, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is some of the best in town. Great service every time, and a safe, great place to stay. They never disappoint.

We had a Monday to Thursday reservation and called on Saturday to move it to Tuesday. They told us that was fine, but still charged us for Monday and refused to credit that night. I had to call several times before I finally heard that the change needed to be made in the system. I would have done that if he'd told me on Saturday, but they said it was fine, so I thought it was taken care of. That's bad business to me, and I'd never stay at this hotel again. The manager, Ricardo, was very rude, and so was the other manager, Lori.
