The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. I also appreciated the shuttle, which made getting around easier. There was water and cookies in the lobby whenever I wanted them. I had a really good stay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived.

We’d definitely return and recommend this hotel. The rooms and shared areas were very clean, and the service was consistently cordial and efficient. Reception staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was very good, with a nice range of fresh options. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Bob Purdon was a great driver on the timely airport shuttle, and we really appreciated being able to check in a few hours early after a long morning of travel. There were free cookies in the lobby and complimentary snacks when we arrived. My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Kenilworth. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly.

The lobby is beautiful, and you can tell current management has done their best with the dated rooms. It seems like a renovation is coming. The bed wasn’t the best, but it did the job. Snow removal on the morning of my flight could have been better. This place has a lot of potential.
