The hotel had a warm, peaceful feel, and the décor and friendly staff made it comfortable. Everyone was courteous and ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping did a great job during my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with fresh, tasty choices, and there was a good range of food at every meal. A relaxing stay with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. I’d recommend it.

Great spot, with restaurants within walking distance, and the kids’ pool and slides were perfect for our young boys. Kari at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. She was professional but also took time to connect with my family, and she deserves a promotion. The night manager, the one with the shaved head, wasn’t friendly. When I asked him a question, he made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. His attitude won’t rub off on me, though. We enjoyed our stay at the Wingate in Wisconsin Dells.

We came on Christmas Day for a last-minute two-night trip, and the hotel delivered. Check-in was easy, we felt welcome right away, and the room was very clean. My six-year-old loved the pool, which was warm and had slides, while mom got to enjoy the fantastic hot tub. We’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were clean, the pool worked perfectly for toddlers, and the hotel was surrounded by great restaurants. Once the weekend got going, everyone we met was kind and nice. There was a bit of drama at check-in because one of the managers was a little sassy and not very helpful. That manager was the only issue we had.

So much for adult-only pool time. We were trying to relax at 10:30 p.m. with kids screaming nearby. Parents were getting drunk in front of their children in the pool area, and apparently bringing your own cooler is allowed. This was the trashiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I won’t be back.
