Deluxe Inn

I had to buy my own bathroom rug, shower curtain, towels, and washcloths because the white ones there were black. The floors were filthy and there were roaches. I paid $298 plus a $35 deposit in cash, but they later acted like I hadn't paid the deposit, and I wasn't given a receipt. After paying for seven days, I rented one more day and was charged a $10 late fee. How does that make sense? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again.

After slipping on something slippery in the tub, I was taken to the hospital with a broken arm. Now I have thousands of dollars in hospital bills, and the owner won't even return my call. This was especially disappointing because we'd stayed here many times before without trouble. The rooms had been okay and the WiFi good, but this time the room was awful, flies came through a hole in the front door, and the WiFi was poor. We won't stay here again when visiting family.

The photos speak for themselves, so take a look and judge the place as it is. The cat urine smell was bad, and in room #111 the shower faucet came right off the wall when I turned it on. Water flooded the bathroom and entry.

The people were nice, but the bugs were pretty bad, so we checked out early. They are working on the problem, though, and pest control came while we were staying there.
