Red Roof Inn Kenner – New Orleans Airport NE

The service and rooms were horrible. In less than 24 hours, I had to move through four rooms. The first had an electrical problem and the box was crackling. The second had stains on the walls and sheets. There was mold on the ceiling in the third, and the fourth had a tub that kept leaking. After I raised all these issues, they told me I had to check out and there was no other option. I'm homeless with a 10 month old, and these are serious safety hazards. They didn't even have proper professional customer service.

We picked this hotel for its location near the airport and the pool, since we had an early flight. I got to swim before it closed at 7pm, which was a plus. But the room was terrible: stained sheets, a tub that wouldn't drain properly, a broken TV, and a busted bathroom door. The front desk was okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Spend more and stay somewhere else.

The room was so filthy I felt uncomfortable even sitting on the bed, let alone sleeping there. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was disgusted. The front desk agent was openly making offensive comments about people's ethnicity and religion. It was inappropriate, unprofessional, and deeply uncomfortable. The whole stay was unsettling and disappointing. I'll never return and strongly recommend people avoid this place and save their money.

The staff are a big reason I love this place. It's in a great spot off the parade route, with lots of places nearby to go, eat, and ship. I'll definitely stay here again.
