I couldn’t find an email address to send this to, so I’m posting it here. The reservation was quoted at $361.69 plus 6,000 points, but the receipt didn’t match that. A $361.68 charge on the card I used for payment had already been approved on the way there, so I considered the payment settled. On the last day I used my debit card only for drinks, just two sodas. Then you charged two $131 nights to that card without my knowledge or permission. I told the clerk I was using it only for the sodas. I also called Friday and Saturday, and got hang-ups. I know you may not care, but I won’t stay there again. Changing a completed transaction and adding charges beyond the quote feels like dishonest business practice. I’m putting this in reviews because the extra costs were not truthfully explained. Regards.

We were only there one night, but really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great choices, and the place looked clean. The staff were kind and patient. The pool was pleasant and not too cold, while the hot tub was properly hot. We didn’t try the sauna since it was out of order, but that was no big deal.

The breakfast was great, and I especially liked the latte machine. There’s a cozy private outdoor seating area, Walmart is close, and the pool, hot tub, and workout center were all great. The gym even had a good range of equipment, and everything was open 24 hours. The room was spacious and the bed smelled fresh and clean, though there was a faint body odor smell left by whoever stayed there before.

The staff were great, breakfast choices were good, and the pool and hot tub were nice. It’s also a convenient location for getting around the area. I would’ve given it a solid four stars if the mattresses weren’t so worn out and springy.

We chose a King Suite with a whirlpool tub and fireplace for our anniversary. Neither worked properly: the fireplace wouldn’t turn on, and although the tub pump started, it didn’t circulate water. I told the man at the front desk and all he said was, “Thanks.” We definitely won’t return to this location.
