The room itself is pretty dated, with firm mattresses and very thin pillows, so comfort and luxury aren't its strengths. If you stay, bring your own pillows and maybe a mattress topper. Also ask how the remote works before you settle in. The location and view, though, make it worth considering.

We came to the Tri-Cities for the first time and lucked into finding Clover Island Inn. Even with renovation work going on, the place was quiet, clean, and really comfortable. I'd do everything I could to stay here again if I return to the area. Five stars don't feel like enough.

We had a really nice one-night stay. Clover Island Inn is locally owned by Tri-Cities business owners and run by hospitality professionals with years of experience. That local ownership seems to show in the care and service each guest or group gets. They take their reputation seriously and work to make visits relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable, with consistent quality and service.

The river is right there, and it's huge. There are other places to eat just a short walk away, too. Renovations mean there's currently no pool, hot tub, riverside deck, or restaurant, but the staff are doing their best to welcome guests and look after them. The room rate is adjusted for that and feels very fair.

We had a comfortable stay, with a nice riverfront view and a good room for the price. Breakfast buffet was included, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
