Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

Dustin, the maintenance guy, was incredibly helpful and fixed an issue in our room quickly when we checked in. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is good, surrounded by a wide range of commercial and entertainment spots. The room is dated and needs renovation. The carpet is worn and coming apart at some seams, while the lights and chairs look like they're from the 70s. Hilton should also remind staff that the crosshatched spaces beside disabled parking spots need to stay clear for guests who need extra room to get in and out of their vehicles.

The location is fantastic and the customer service was amazing, but the rooms really let the place down. Don't let the Hilton name fool you. The sheets were awful, the rooms felt dated, and the walls were extremely thin. There was also a smell on the second floor by the stairwell. Very unimpressive hotel.

The rooms were fine, but the bathroom wasn't. The fan didn't work, the ceiling was peeling, and you could see mold starting to form. Parking was the other big problem. PBR was on at the toyota center, and when we got back Saturday around 7 pm, the whole lot was full. That's really inconvenient. The hotel needs a way to keep spaces open for guests instead of people using the lot for another building. My two nights here were just meh.

It’s a nice, modern and clean hotel, with great staff and service. The location is good, just far enough from the highway and main roads to avoid traffic noise, while shopping and restaurants are only a minute or two away. There’s a well-equipped workout room, business center, conference rooms, and a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is very nice, though it isn’t free.
