Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

I’d just moved to town and spent my last dime on a room when I locked my keys in my car. The staff helped me get back into it and asked for nothing. They were friendly and understanding. I’d definitely stay here whenever I need a hotel. They’re the best!

I won’t reserve here again. The hotel didn’t have the amenities they advertised, and it didn’t even have the same name. Management focused on charging us for a room that wasn’t like the one we’d booked. They said they owned other nearby hotels that had the amenities, but refused to arrange a stay at one of them. We ended up staying at one of their other hotels and had to pay for it in full. We never got a refund for the first night’s reservation, even though that room wasn’t as advertised.

The room was clean and nice, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty darn good. I hadn’t expected to need a cash deposit, though. Everything else was satisfactory, and I’d come back when the time comes.

The room was hot and musty even though it was only 48 degrees outside. The old couch was filthy, and burned spots in the carpet around the coffee table made the smoking obvious. I paid cash but used a credit card for the deposit. Two weeks later, the charge was still pending. The hotel said they’d cleared it, but my card company said it might take 40 days.
