Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

There were a few annoyances, like soap not being refilled and a shower that drained poorly. Housekeeping only came every three days, and the pool was so tiny we didn’t use it. Still, the breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the room was spacious. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near some great restaurants, and I’d stay again.

I’m here a couple of times most years and really like this Best Western. The prices are reasonable, the service is always great, and it looks like they’ve recently replaced some already nice room furniture.

Breakfast was great, though the dining area is on the first floor. The rooms were clean and seemed pretty standard in size. The pool was just right for the kids, but the chlorine smell spread through the first floor. The TV was broken.

The internet barely worked when I checked in. They did fix it after I asked, but the speed was still extremely low, which just doesn’t work for business travelers making video calls. Management needs to replace the system. The place is close to the conference center, but sits among medical buildings with no restaurants right next door. The pool and workout room are all right, and the rooms are fine. The desk, TV stand, and bureau are combined in a way that puts the work surface too high for the lousy chair, and the outlets are awkwardly placed. Breakfast falls far below what I expect from a standard BW.
