The hotel's a bit dated, but it has been updated in places and still has plenty of charm. The retro feel suits us, and it's not too fancy. This was our second visit, and we had another great stay. The service is amazing, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are really comfortable. The grounds and pool landscaping are impressive and kept tidy, and the location is super convenient. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is reliably good quality, with excellent service, though the prices are a bit steep.

It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs, which makes the location great. The staff and amenities were amazing. There's a large pool area, with plenty of lounge chairs and room around the hot tub. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in a good spot.

The room was amazing, and my family and I have decided this is the only hotel we'll stay at when we visit Palm Springs. We had booked and paid for a pool view, but after online check-in and choosing a room, the digital key led to a different room without that view. The front desk were very friendly and helpful, and switched us to the pool view room. The pool was great, and the location is perfect for walking downtown and to other local places.

The staff are exceptionally thoughtful and helpful, and the accommodations and service were extraordinary. We had great food and drink, a beautiful pool, and generous sized rooms with balconies and everything we needed. I'd recommend it 100%.

The staff were great, from the drivers and front desk to the restaurant and bar teams, all super friendly. The pool area was very nice, and the food portions were ridiculously large. It's also an easy walk to the heart of downtown.
