Twin Palms Resort

Everything felt right from the welcome goodies in our room to the daily breakfast, custom ordered lunch, bike rides, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The bed, showers, and the rest of the room were wonderful. I've stayed at resorts in Key West, Punta Cana, and elsewhere, and there's always been something I thought could be better. Here, you got it right from beginning to end. Max made a great first impression at check-in, Ray was lovely each morning at breakfast, and Boomer gave us helpful advice about a possible trip to Joshua Tree. We went and couldn't have been happier with that choice. It felt like every employee wanted to be there and make guests feel special. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place and great team with us. We'll be back.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was nice each day, and lunch was available at no extra charge. The rooms and common areas are beautifully appointed and spotless throughout the day. Housekeeping did a great job freshening up the rooms daily. Showers had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water, so if you like a long, hot shower, this is a great spot.

I came with low expectations because so many hotels let the little details slide, but Twin Palms took care of everything. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and Adam, Boomer, and the rest of the staff looked out for our comfort before we even had to ask. When I forgot sunscreen, they helped me until I could get to a store. Before dinner, I wanted a glass of wine outside social hour, and he offered me one anyway. Breakfast was very good, with varied, quality food prepared in the morning and served efficiently through a window at 0800. Nothing felt cut short. Palm Springs is wonderful, but we'll come back mainly for Twin Palms Resort, with no plans beyond relaxing and enjoying the property.

We spent five amazing days at Twin Palms on our first visit. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff and service were five-star. It was a magical place to unwind, where we could be ourselves, clothed or nude. We loved sunbathing naked. We've already booked a ten-day return next year, and can't wait.
