Nice spot, and convenient for me since it’s close to home and work.

The upstairs apartments carry a lot of noise downstairs, so be aware of that. The gardeners also start early, at 7 in the morning, and the constant trimming makes it impossible to sleep. They cut the trees, bushes, and bougainvilliers back so much that there are no leaves or flowers left. Greenery helps keep the air fresher in summer, but they chop it all down. Phase 4 is a little quieter, though they cut everything just the same as in phase 3, the one on the west handside of Farrell. I saw a bunch of dead bees by the pool, and it smelled of chemicals, so I believe they spray something to kill them. Some bees were still alive, and I could have been stung if I hadn’t watched where I stepped. I was thinking about buying a condo at East Mesquite, but I won’t now because I’d be arguing with landscaping management all the time. This complex doesn’t seem nature-friendly.

They really need a workout room at the club house, and the tennis courts are always dirty. :(
