Terra Palm Springs

The spa experience was wonderful. Jeanette gave both my husband and me massages, and we felt completely relaxed, like we'd been at a five-star spa. He also loved the sauna, cold plunge, and rain room, all included with the stay. The whole property has a wellness focus you can really feel. Terra has only 13 rooms, which gives it a private, luxurious feel without being pretentious. We could truly unwind without competing for lounge chairs or worrying about our things being moved. Staff greeted us by name and were incredibly accommodating. They left a handwritten note for our fifth anniversary and babymoon, with a bottle of N/A Rose in our room. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a lovely start to the day, and I liked the wellness mocktails. Concierge was available by text and found massages for both of us, then arranged a late checkout despite a property buyout. We're already looking forward to returning. We were blown away by the stay and grateful to the staff for such a great vacation.

The hotel is small, which meant there was a chair for everyone around the pool. Our room was beautiful and well designed, especially the large bathroom and amazing shower. We had a drink before dinner, and the margarita was amazing. The massage was amazing too. Thank you, Alyssa!

We loved having access to the pool, hot tub, and rain shower at any hour, especially for relaxing in the evenings. Every now and then you can hear passing cars, but it didn't spoil the peaceful feel. The mountain views are lovely, and the hotel is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. The bar had a great cocktail selection, including the best piña colada we've ever had. Our spotless room came with a real treat, the spa suite's outdoor bathtub, and the bedding was some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Continental breakfast was light but plenty, with toast, avocado, yogurt, and fresh fruit. We'll definitely be back.

My suite, number 10, was a calm, simple, luxurious oasis, and its outdoor patio with a huge soaking tub was a lovely indulgence. The resort felt private and was perfectly central. I had a wonderful birthday at Terra, thanks in no small part to the exceptional service and attention to detail. General Manager Kurt checked in before and during my visit to make sure everything was right. Blake and John were fantastic too, with great restaurant suggestions, warm greetings each day, and goodnight wishes in the evenings. The cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The Himalayan Salt Sauna was a highlight. After a few sessions I felt rejuvenated and looked like I was glowing, enough that friends and family noticed. Thanks to the whole Terra team for such a memorable birthday. I can't wait to return with friends.
