Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

There was a minor hiccup, but the hotel handled all my concerns promptly and professionally, and the service was impeccable. The location was convenient while still giving the place a quiet, refined feel. My room was spacious and comfortable, and service stayed attentive and professional from start to finish. The elegant, beautifully designed property was also exceptionally well maintained. A classic Waldorf Astoria experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Waldorf Astoria is the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. The atmosphere and service were exceptional and made the stay unforgettable. Truly world-class.

The breakfast was better quality than at many other hotels we’ve stayed in. Service was quick and personal, and the staff made everything feel warm. I loved the atmosphere, too. It was carefully put together to feel modest and comfortable while still special. What an amazing hotel, easily one of the best in the U.S.

The rooftop’s 360° view of Los Angeles was breathtaking, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious, well designed, and had stunning views of either the city or mountains. The gym and pool were outstanding, among the best I’ve experienced. Every employee made the stay feel welcoming and seamless with top-level service. A special thanks to Alaink at the front desk and the whole team for their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Waldorf Astoria is an amazing property, and I can’t wait to return.
