I had my cat with me, but kept him in my vehicle with blankets and a heating pad to snuggle into because cats weren't allowed. I would've preferred having him in a room, but he was okay in the vehicle. When they noticed he was there, someone tried to get those kids off the property. Then a person at the desk was very helpful to us.

The rooms are basic, but mine is clean, and housekeeping is available and friendly. I've found the staff trustworthy. The people on site are helpful and friendly, and the owners are pleasant too. We're all on a budget, and these pocket-friendly prices make the place worth supporting as a small business.

The location couldn't be more convenient: restaurants, all kinds of stores, and gas stations are right nearby, and you're next to the freeway for travel. Everything is within one to five minutes. The weekly rate is a great price, the staff are kind and friendly, and the neighbors are polite. I'll absolutely stay again.

For a low-budget, quick stay, it does the job. It's a warm place where you can feel comfortable for the night. The name says value, so don't expect a pool, gym, or luxury.

The price is decent, and I haven't seen any bugs like I did at Knights Inn. The place could look great with some repairs. Given my situation, I wouldn't have picked it as my first choice. I'd give it about two and a half or three stars at most.
