Luna at the front desk made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. She was welcoming and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. Her positive attitude and attention to detail stood out. I really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Great customer service like hers makes a big difference.

For what it cost, the stay was worthwhile. But I had a serious problem with the lack of sound insulation from the room above. My neighbor was awake for two nights, and I was too. It sounded like elephants were living upstairs. If you have another option at a similar price, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This review is only about the staff. Lucabella and Lucrecia gave top-notch customer service and helped me sort out an issue with a third-party booking while following the property’s rules and company policy. They stayed professional and empathetic, and got me checked into my room comfortably without any further problems.

After booking here several times, I’ve run into some unbelievable problem on every visit. Rooms have flooded, I’ve been assigned rooms that weren’t clean, and then another room where a cabinet was falling off the wall. A dresser that should have been anchored fell onto my leg, and the elevator works whenever it feels like it. There doesn’t seem to be maintenance staff. Even getting a plunger when my toilet clogged took so long that urine was no longer the only problem. Once, the employees couldn’t provide a plunger at all. Several rooms have flooded, and the fire safety equipment I saw was outdated or hadn’t been inspected on time. The place feels like an OSHA training ground for every possible violation, plus new ones that haven’t been invented yet. That said, some employees have treated me respectfully. They aren’t responsible for these conditions and do try to sort out problems when asked. I forgot how bad the place was and booked at the last minute because it was cheap and I only needed a couple of nights. The “Manager” remembered my earlier complaints and said I was banned and on their list. The name on my reservation was misspelled, which was amusing. They claimed I’d disturbed other guests, but that simply wasn’t true. I asked what I’d done and when, but nobody had said anything to me. I was never told I was banned, spoken to, or notified. When I arrived, they refused the booking, gave no proof, wouldn’t identify themselves even by first name, and kept the money for my prepaid reservation. Then he threatened to call the police, which might explain why police seem to be there about four times a day. Who knows what he tells them, but I’m sure most of it is nonsense. I told him to call, since he was also refusing to return my money. Keeping it over a made-up claim is theft. There’s a reason so few people stay here. It’s just a dump. I’m going to request their safety records and compare them.
