Best Western Plus Hannaford Inn & Suites

The parking situation was a pain. Part of the lot was blocked off, and large vans, construction vehicles, trash cans, and materials took up spaces near the doors. With luggage, we ended up walking from a far spot in a barely lit area. Still, I’d come back because the location made getting around town easy and the stay was good overall. I loved how spacious the room was. It had a loveseat, table, kitchen area, and desk, and both the bed and firm pillows were comfortable. The square waterfall showerhead was incredible, I didn’t want to get out. Staff were friendly without making a big fuss. There’s a fantastic cappuccino machine in the lobby, though I only discovered it on my second day. The one real letdown was maintenance work in the room next door at 8 a.m. after I’d been traveling all day.

Breakfast was very good, and I preferred the coffee from the carafe over the machine. We rented a clean, quiet suite with a kitchen, on the side away from the freeway. The bed felt a bit soft but was comfortable in the end. The cupboards were empty, though there was a note saying to call the office if we needed anything. I’m not sure whether they would have had cooking supplies.

The breakfast space is cozy, with about the same offerings as other places we’ve stayed. The hotel is close to the Interstate and easy to get around from. Our room was clean and everything worked. The man at the desk was pleasant and promptly brought us extra bedding. We were very pleased and would stay again if we travel this way. It’s a good option whether you’re keeping an eye on your budget or not.

We had a nice stay at this Best Western. It was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was just the basics, good enough, though they probably should’ve tossed the moldy orange. I’d stay here again.
