The 24-hour coffee came in handy, though we didn't get to try breakfast since we ate out. I was pleased with the location, near my daughter's college and several businesses, and the front desk staff were kind and friendly. We stayed two nights, and the clean room was better than some I've had elsewhere. I'll book here again.

I was in town to see my son at WCU and didn't expect much from such a small town. The room was clean and pleasant, the staff respectful, and breakfast was nice.

The room was so heavily scented it was hard to breathe. If you're sensitive to chemicals, I'd avoid staying here. Otherwise, it's a nice place, with clean everything and a helpful, friendly front desk.

For our short overnight visit, the staff were nice and breakfast had a pretty good spread. The room was mostly clean, with a nice mountain view. We'd definitely come back.

We had a few room snags, but Amanda was wonderful at check-in and through the evening, and Megan, I believe that was her name, was just as good at checkout. We heard complaints about noise, but our room was quiet. Some rooms may be short on hangers because previous guests take them, though the front desk didn't take them, housekeeping is who should hear about that. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and kind staff were all amazing. Choice Hotels is our preferred brand, and this stay definitely confirmed why. Highly recommend this hotel and beautiful location!
