Quality Inn & Suites Keokuk North

The staff were kind, professional, and great. Our room had a musty smell and an uneven floor, and after a rainy night part of the rug was soaking wet.

Tara at the front desk was amazing, and Mary made a wonderful breakfast hostess. I picked this hotel mainly for the pool, though, and it was freezing. Apparently the heater was broken.

The rooms were spacious, and having connecting doors between the two rooms was especially helpful for our group traveling with two autistic adults. The printed TV station guide was handy, and the desk staff and breakfast attendant were friendly. We also thought it was good value and would stay again. The pool area was nice, though kids were screeching and splashing us. That wasn't the hotel's fault. We used the whirlpool with our autistic kids instead, and it was really nice. One night a youth group was staying there, and I wondered how often kids might have the bathroom light turned off while showering, since its switch was outside by the vanity. Our room floors were wavy. In the dining area there was just one table for four, and it was occupied. It would've helped to keep our group together, as it might for families with small children, and the tables couldn't be pushed together.

We had good breakfasts and a quiet, comfortable, spacious room. The staff were so friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable.
