Villa Alamari Inn And Suites

I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of places, but this hotel is one of my favorites. I own a business in Kerman, so I stay here when I fly in. It's clean and feels safe, which matters a lot to me as an older woman. Enrique Primo is a wonderful manager, always kind and makes me feel secure. I'd book here without hesitation.

We come back a few times a year, and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The restaurant out front has the best food. It's a small, cute town with friendly people, and the rooms are cozy and clean. My family feels safe here. I'd definitely recommend it, just book early because rooms fill up fast.

They never confirmed the reservation, so I had to book another hotel. I had reserved online 2.5 weeks ahead and had a confirmation number, but a week before I arrived they tried to cancel, saying there was a bathroom plumbing problem. It turned out they'd overbooked. For three days they gave me the runaround and never called back, so I had to keep chasing them. I've never written a bad review before, but this unprofessional service was unacceptable. They could have just been honest.

The room looks nice and modern, but once I checked more closely, it was filthy. There were bugs crawling around everywhere, possibly roaches. The bedding wasn't clean either: even the top blanket was dirty, and underneath it the sheets had dust and hairs. The bathroom towels were dirty too. I just arrived and paid $130, but honestly I'd rather sleep in my car. Disgusting, and not worth the money. Save yours.
