Kernville Inn

The walls are super thin, which is my only real issue. My poor neighbors 🤦🏼‍♂️ The rooms are small, but have all the amenities of a good room. It’s a nice little place in the center of town, close to all the popular spots. Check-in is easy, the pool is nice, and it’s on the river and main road, with shopping and dining nearby.

The rooms are small, but clean and well kept, with amazing views. It’s all pretty simple here, and somehow it makes you want to stay instead of leave. The place has a quiet, beautiful, cozy feel, with plenty of atmosphere. Bars, karaoke, and restaurants are nearby, and the pizza is excellent. It feels like a little piece of paradise.

The location is perfect, on the river and main road but still quiet, with shopping and dining close by. It’s easy to reach and parking is easy too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. My rooms have been clean and ready whenever I arrive, and the property is well maintained. They’re comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped.

The early check-in was allowed, and getting in was easy, but things went downhill quickly. The A/C couldn’t keep up and ran 24/7. Tiny spiders or bugs woke me up early in the morning on three of my four nights, and there were spider webs on the light fixtures and elsewhere in the room. The dishes and silverware weren’t clean, so I had to wash everything before using it, just in case. Room service was hit or miss, late, and practically useless when it finally came. The bath essentials were very cheap, and towels and other items were never fully restocked. The office was closed the few times I tried to report these issues. After the trip, I sent this feedback through their email request. They said they’d get back to me, but almost a week later, I still haven’t heard anything.
