The restaurant downstairs is good, though a plate with coffee costs 20+ $. The upstairs restaurant is lacking now. It had a much better menu two years ago, but that has changed, and it feels like it’s all about profit. A meal with a drink is hard to get for under $30. The place used to be better and has gotten very expensive. I'm thinking Airbnb may be a better option.

I’ve been coming with my family for years, and the staff are consistently welcoming and nice. It’s also handy for waiting on a ferry or plane since it’s close by. They’ll store your luggage if you want to go into town. I like staying here, and the new lounge furniture is great. The bathrooms are always clean.

The first time I stayed, my room at the back of the hotel had limited wifi, which I need for work. This last visit, it worked out great. I’ve stayed here a few times on business, for 2-3 nights each, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, even though they’re older. The location is wonderful, right near the airport and my place of business. I haven’t needed the shuttle, though I’ve heard it’s great. It’s quiet in the off-season, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. My initial flight delay made me miss a connection, but they adjusted my reservation without any issue. That was super nice, since not everywhere would do that. I’ll definitely keep staying here.

The restaurant and bar are great, and the service was wonderful. Our room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The place is a little dated, and the elevator only serves part of the facility. Parking was difficult, but we found a spot up the hill at the back.
