The best part was being able to step right outside and watch the sunset from the lovely tiki-style beach. It was kept clean, and we enjoyed the free paddle boards and playing corn hole near the hammocks. The staff were friendly and quick to help, including bringing extra blankets when I asked. We stayed at the Sunset cove for two nights. The room was nice, and the bedroom mattress was comfortable, but the pull-out couch in suite 7 was basically a foam pad. My 13-year-old didn't complain, though I definitely would have. The water was very grassy, so snorkeling from the beach wasn't as good as we hoped, but my son still had a blast. The TVs could use an update: there were only a few basic cable channels and no Netflix login, which disappointed my son, though we barely watched TV. We'd definitely recommend Sunset Cove.

Kim made check-in pleasant and informative. We hadn't expected to be right on the beach, with access without leaving the property, and it was a great surprise. They provide what kids and adults need for kayaking or snorkeling. We hardly spent time in the room except to sleep. I'd highly recommend this place for families or couples.

We were impressed with the resort and will definitely recommend it to friends. We never missed a sunset! The rooms were very clean, the staff were so nice, and beach towels were provided. A special thanks to the young woman who checked us in, she was amazing. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, and the sea is just a stone's throw away. We were in the cottage farthest from the water, about a minute's walk from the chairs. There were four huge palm-like umbrellas on the beach, but we thought that wasn't quite enough and would have liked more, or some smaller beach umbrellas too. If you want a spot under one, put your things there early in the morning, then go back to bed.

After dark, walking through the grounds felt magical. The landscaping and colorful lights were pretty, whimsical, and relaxing. We came in early April and loved the resort's quaint layout. It was clean and very well maintained, and our cottage was spotless and well appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had a very nice dinner at one of the two restaurants next door, then watched the sun set over the lovely beach. I'd recommend Sunset Cove Beach Resort to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Our cottage right on the beach was amazing, with very clean rooms and great A/C. There was a little front deck with a table and chairs, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed kayaking and standing board. A restaurant is right next door and within walking distance.
